    First, we'll discuss your project ideas and align expectations. Then, before the first hammer swing, saw cut, or brush stroke, I'll create a work plan that we agree on.

    For projects involving demolition, I'll protect your floors and property with plywood, plastic, and proper ventilation. Work areas will be clean and safe for the duration of the project.

    After the work is complete, we will review it together to identify any final items to be addressed. The project is not considered done until you are satisfied.
